高凌云，复旦大学法学院教授，博士生导师。全国人民代表大会常务委员会法制工作委员会法律英文译审专家委员会委员，上海国际商务法律研究会副会长，中国商业法研究会常务理事，上海市“涉外法律人才”，拥有美国纽约州、俄勒冈州执业律师资格。比利时根特大学、美国纽约大学、密歇根大学、哈佛大学等知名大学的法学院的访问学者，美国凯斯西储大学、杜兰大学、圣约翰大学法学院和东芬兰大学法商学院客座教授。出版《中国信托法重述》《被误读的信托——信托法原论》《英美法判例读写教程》《英美法审判程序与司法推理》《美国联邦最高法院判例译述》等中文著作和教材，以及Chinese Business Law（合著，美国Thomson West法律出版公司）、Chinese Civil Law: Statutes, Cases and Materials（复旦大学出版社）等英文著作，并在国内外法学期刊发表相关论文多篇。主要研究和授课领域为英美法、信托法、国际金融法、国际商法和法律英语。
