内容提要

       前言
      
       当前，医学科学技术飞速发展，护理学已成为国家一级重点学科，标志着我国护理事业的发展已进入科学、法制的运行轨道。随着“以人为本，以患者为中心”的责任制整体护理模式的全面实施，护士不仅要规范操作技术，遵循护理常规，还要做好预防医院内感染和对患者的全面、全程的整体护理评估及病情观察。
       本书旨在规范临床护理人员的操作技术，使护理技术操作标准化、规范化和程序化，使护理人员的临床工作有章可循、有据可依。我们在第一版《临床护理技术规范》的基础上，根据临床实践与发展，借鉴了卫生部的《临床护理实践指南》等国内外临床护理学专著及研究文献，推陈出新，力求反映本学科领域的临床应用范式和新知识、新理论、新的研究成果。
       全书分为3篇，即护士仪容、礼仪篇，基础护理篇，专科护理篇。由于本院未设儿科，缺少相关专科护理人员，无法将此方面的操作技术规范编入书中，敬请读者予以谅解。
       承担本书编写的作者主要是工作在我院临床护理第一线的管理者和教育者，她们将临床护理操作技术的发展、最新科研成果，以及工作经验都融入了本书中。希望本书的出版对广大护理工作者及教学人员的护理实践与教学能有一定裨益，也敬请读者对书中的不当之处惠予指正。
